Firm Overview
Our criminal defense firm's partners are exclusively responsible for defending clients in the Pasadena Criminal Courthouse. The nationally-recognized law firm's Pasadena criminal defense attorneys have extensive trial experience, and as Former Prosecutors understand how the government builds its case against criminal defendants, and where the problems of proof often lie. They will personally handle your case's major litigation and defense strategy:
Alan Eisner: Bar-Certified Criminal Defense Specialist (over 20 years court defense)
Frederick M. Goldberg: Former Los Angeles Prosecutor (over 40 years court defense)
Dmitry Gorin: Law Professor, Former Los Angeles District Attorney (over 17 years court litigation)
David S. Kestenbaum: Former Los Angeles Supervising Prosecutor (over 30 years litigation in court)
The first and most important step is to have a criminal defense specialist immediately contact law enforcement and the prosecutor's office on your behalf. Kestenbaum Eisner & Gorin, LLP, has been aggressively helping individuals who are under investigation by the local Pasadena authorities, or have been arrested, for over 50 years. Our Pasadena attorneys are nationally-recognized as Pre-Eminent trial lawyers due to a long history of success in defending criminal cases. The firm's Pre-filing Intervention efforts have led to the release from custody of individuals investigated or arrested for theft, domestic violence, rape, child molestation, robbery, and even murder.
